LISTINGS

When you submit a listing to our website we may collect some or all of the following information:

• name and job title
• contact information including email address
• demographic information such as business address and postcode
• information about your business, such as description, hours of trade, location covered, services offered, and other relevant information
• data collected from communications to us from you, for any reason

COMMENTS

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymised string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

CONTACT FORMS

If you send us a message via the contact form, we receive your name and email address. We only use this to respond to your query and do not store any personal data received.
